Facility Assessment

MIMAR PONTE MELLOR has extensive experience performing feasibility studies, facility programming, and facility assessments on both new and renovated institutional, commercial, and government sites. From small scopes-of-work to complete renovations and new construction, we have performed feasibility studies, facility assessments, and rehab/addition/construction administration for over 300 projects.

Our experience includes detailed analysis of critical systems, such as life expectancy studies of HVAC, MEP, and roofing systems. We provide ADA accessibility compliance reviews, energy efficiency surveys, and recommendations for present and future improvements. Mimar has also prepared reports outlining design options for future developments and expansion.
