By creating a plan, the design team is able to analyze the possibility of a phased construction process for the expansion of an existing space or for a recommendation to relocate. This is completed to achieve the most effective working environment while minimizing the impact of the renovation work and/or moving expenses. Expensive infrastructure changes can be avoided with a well thought out, effective and creative design by planning flexibility into the design with systems furniture, movable walls, adaptable spaces and lighting to meet a variety of work and technology needs.
