Our designs are a reflection of our client's needs, aspirations, culture and resources, and should serve our client well during its lifetime. We achieve this goal through mutual respect and collaboration. We achieve vision through understanding, commitment and control. Our buildings are a source of pride, first to our clients and the community of which they are a part, then to ourselves as firms with distinguished histories, and then to our professional colleagues.

We endeavor to design for the future, since buildings must last for decades whereas technology and our client's needs change rapidly during that time frame. As design professionals, it is our responsibility to remain at the forefront of technology and social change in order to create buildings as timeless and adaptable as possible.
