Comprehensive Design Services for Baltimore Washington

improvements, renovations, repairs and relocation of facilities, task
orders include from minor repairs to major renovations throughout the
Airport and surrounding facilities. Some of the task orders

The
design posed several challenges, some of which were as follows:

COMPLETION: 2002 MIMARCH
was hired as sub-consultant for the design and development of major
portion of project the Terminal Curbside Expansion and Skywalks at BWI
Airport. MIMARCH was challenged to produce final construction documents in
a very short span of time of 11 weeks, and very limited budget of hours.
MIMARCH produced the project in time, within the project budget and
produced 60 architectural drawings of outstanding quality. The
project, consisting of a 40,000 sq. ft addition and renovation of existing
parking garage, included the following:
